Ordering

Due to human or computer error, some products may not be available. If an item is out of stock or is no longer available, we will refund you immediately for your purchase. Some orders may take longer to process than others. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders of $50.00 or more. Other purchases will include a $6.50 shipping fee, added at checkout. We will ship most orders within three business days by USPS. Shipping should take three to five days. All orders are insured. In the case of a lost package, we will file a claim of lost goods. Upon completion of the claim, we will refund you immediately for your purchase.

We can ship internationally on request. Please contact us by email for more information.

Returns

If you wish to return a piece of jewelry, please contact us by email within 15 days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please return your order with prepaid shipping, in the original packaging, and with the Return Authorization Number included.

Returned jewelry must be unused and must not be altered, polished, or resized in any way. If your item is not sent in the original packaging and is damaged in shipping, we will not honor the return.

Upon completion of the return, we will refund you immediately for the purchase.
